Well, I've got internet explorer, a calculator, and a PDF open and it absolutely volition not permit me put the PDF on the aforementioned desktop screen equally the other two programs. Information technology does work similar before. You must be confused. Windows 7 didn't come up with an e-mail or PDF programme either. So y'all had to use a 3rd party program before too. Nothing has changed now, still need a tertiary party plan to make it "work like before".
